The Paleo f(x) FitScore is now available in the realFIT library!

The Paleo f(x) FitScore was launched in April 2015 at the national conference in Austin, Texas. It offered a challenge designed to reinforce the Paleo brand, offering standards for both men and women. Paleo f(x) and REALFIT partnered to develop the tests and scoring standards. This score set is now available for realFIT members.

The Paleo f(x) FitScore consists of nine separate tests, with Male and Female performance standards, and is scored on a scale from 0-100.

  1. 40 Yard Dash
  2. 20 Yard Shuttle Run
  3. Standing Long Jump
  4. 8lb Medicine Ball Toss
  5. Max Pull Ups
  6. Deadlift Reps at Body Weight in 2 Minutes
  7. 2,000M Concept 2 Row
  8. ARX Chest Strength
  9. ARX Leg Strength

The Paleo f(x) FitScore measures all fitness components, but is skewed towards muscular strength, speed and endurance. This graph shows the relative contribution of the various components towards the overall score.

The Paleo f(x) FitScore has its own website, which includes the top performers. If you want to compare yourself to the male and female champions, their results are available for comparison.
